Handmade Application

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice or a way to contact someone at amazon in regards to our businesses handmade application.

We are a set up business on amazon that sell hand designed/made digital art prints, some of which can be personalized for the customer. We do not outsource any of our designs and we print them ourselves on a printer we have in our home studio.

Our first application was rejected with an automated response on how to appeal it. We then went through the appealing process with the handmade email they provided which was rejected again. We did this loop a few times, explicitly showing and explaining how we met each point they had sent through to qualify for handmade and showing this through pictures and videos as asked. We then got an email to say that we couldn’t apply for handcraft for 6 months?!

Does anyone know how to resolve this or how to contact amazon? This application and our business has met every single criteria of the handmade guidelines and policies. We are unable to sell through handmade which directly effects how we well we will be seen on amazon for selling our prints.

How can we escalate this further to actually get somewhere with this application?
