Royal Mail Click and Drop with OBA
After a bit of advice please in regards to Royal Mail Click and Drop prices when integrated with an OBA account. Our OBA tracked prices were increased to nearly £9.00+ for tracked 24/48 about a year ago, so we have used Click and Drop ever since, paying £3.50/£4.50 by card each time we need to pay etc.
Anyway, this week we added our OBA details to our click and drop account, thus avoiding the need to pay by card each time we post a parcel. My question is, are we charged the Click and Drop price for the tracked 24/48 or are we charged the OBA price for the tracked 24/48? Also on Click and Drop when I now try and post a parcel as tracked 24/48 I only get the option to select parcel and cannot state if it is a small or medium parcel. This seems to have changed since we added our OBA account. I have looked everywhere on line and cannot find any information. Thank you Gus

If your Royal mail account is linked to amazon through settings - account info - buy delivery preferences- manage your carrier accounts
Then you pay your RM contracted rates
Tracked24 / 48 on contracted rates are for 1 size parcel - no small or medium required
Just to state though that you don’t have to send everything tracked unless you are SFP

Our RM tracked prices on Amazon shipping/RM direct are £9.00+, however click and drop prices are £3.50/£4.50 for tracked, so wasn’t sure if RM will charge us £9.00 or £3.50 now our click and drop is integrated with our RM OBA account etc. I am waiting to hear back from RM in regards to this.
