Selling items that are added in adult restricted items category
Hello.
I have a problem. I have added items to my listings (sex toys). Amazon has flagged my items as an Adult restricted items. And my sales have dropped since then because they were removed from all department search list. What should I do to take my listings back in the all departments search? Thank you for your ideas.

The answer is in the question really and the response from Amazon correct , Sex Toys are clearly adult restricted items and should have been listed in the correct category from the outset.

It would be inappropriate for them to be found by minors, and offensive for them to be found by those who weren’t specifically looking in the adult category.

We’ve tried to list some products (underwear) that shouldn’t be in sex and sensuality but because Amazon’s catalogue team are already listing themselves nothing we can do to get them changed to the correct category.
Everytime we tried to request permission to sell in sex and sensuality we get the message that they are not accepting any new sellers in that category.
