Contact number OTP not working
I have a problem with my mobile phone number not receiving the OTP from Amazon, I have checked the number on the system it is correct. I have two numbers on the system the second number is receiving the OTP this is a problem as this is not my main number.
my main mobile number was receiving text messages up until 2 days ago, now it will not receive them.
Does anybody have any ideas about what could be wrong.

Switch to using an authenticator app. Far more accurate. No issues with not getting texts and doesn’t even need mobile signal.
We use Google Authenticator on a Smart Phone, or use Authy on desktop.
Never had an issue with the OTP.
