EU VAT Registration Certificates missing
Amazon & Avask tell me that the Certificates are availale to download from Reports-Manage your VAT.
They are simply not there, only UK documents where I think there should be EU documents.
I am registered in Spain, Germany, France etc. Avask can't help me further, Avalara (my previous provider) is non responsive as is Seller support.
This is now a desperate situation as Avask can't take over without the Certs, I am currently without anyone looking after the EU VAT. Any ideas?

This has headed past urgent and is close to an emergency. I have four cases open with sellersupport, all show as pending.
I can't get a response from anyone at Amazon or Avalara, if I don't get those Certificates this week i wouldn't mind betting that my company is heading for some serious fines from those EU states.
The Certificates aren't where they are supposed to be.

I'm Sarah with Amazon.
Did you register for Vat Services on Amazon before 2020? The download feature was introduced in 2020.
If so, please contact Avalara directly to request the certificates.
