GPSR Help page

I have thousands of listings is there a way of uploading GPSR via Flat File in Bulk because it will take forever if I need to click on every item separately?

Amazon have done a poor job up to press with this. They could have created templates for people to follow... or simpler - allowed Article 51 to stand and not even do any of it for the majority of the ASINS.

I would imagine that you would need to fill in each one that differs separately, at least each manufacturer would require treating separately as they would all have their own RP.

FWIW I emailed a random 5 companies who's products I sell and spoke to a further 4 that have technical help lines. I didn't hear back from any emails I sent out, and all but 1 of the tech bods I spoke to hadn't a clue what I was talking about, I got an email address from the one that knew of GPSR and up to press I'm still waiting for a reply.

As a company that specialise in obsolete products and the vast majority of the companies who's products we sell are defunct I doubt very much we'll be filling out too many forms, specially with the response we've had up to press.

As we only sell to the UK and non-EU countries and once we block sales to NI on the 13th of December I believe GPSR does not apply to us.

We are having to do 1000's of products 1 by 1 as well, its very painful, we are having to setup cases as well, It must be so time consuming for Amazon as well, @Spencer_Amazon Is there no way this information can be loaded up in bulk? Surely this would benefit but Amazon and Business Sellers

Thank yo

I'm getting error messages after doing around ten, one at a time. Then it tells me to try again in 48 hours!

We also have over 2000 listings. You can add other fields in bulk, why not the attestation? This is insane! All out products are identical, they just have different things printed on them.

I would be interested in the answer of this question either.

We have around 9000 EAN codes / which will probably have 9000 ASINs in total. And we are actually the brand owners; with Brand Registry on Amazon. It would take 1 year for me to upload this data one by one for 9000 EANs. Are there anyone who knows how to make a bulk upload for this ?

Hello @Seller_MJOl7b2H4k49d,

Our colleague in DE has posted a detailed guidance on how to use the bulk upload.

I recommend reviewing this thread if you haven't done so already:

Guidance on how to use the Bulk Upload Feature for GPSR information

Kind regards,

Sarah.
