IOSS problem with the post office?

i’ve just been to my local post, who have been told not to accept Amazon IOSS due to amazon using different numbers?
i’ve checked on my orders and the original one i had been using was IM422000121, it looks like it is now IM4420001201, this is for .fr .nl & .de
is anyone else aware of this new issue? and have amazon just changed the number without alerting us to this?

This this the information found

What the information doesn’t tell you is whether the CN22 used by Royal Mail will be suitable? Some seller have been saying you need to give a breakdown of the VAT however there is no field in the CN22 form to enter such information.
