Listing Hijackers
Hello. Why doesn't Amazon protect FBA buyers from listing hijackers? It is impossible to deal with listing hijackers. They are constantly undercutting prices. They sell under our brand. We are losing both money and customers. Is there any way to prevent this? I would be very happy if you help

That isn't what a hijacker is. That is a reseller.
A hijacker on a listing takes an existing listing, changes the title and brand and pictures and description to something else, while retaining all the existing positive ratings and seller reviews for the new item.
How are you losing money if they are selling under your brand? If they're purchasing your brand from one of your suppliers or wholesale distributors, you are still getting the sale wholesale cost, and your customers are still receiving your items.
Are you trying to own the retail market as well as be the brand owner/manufacturer/distributor? If the resellers are selling your brand on your branded listing, they are doing everything correct. They would be in violation of Amazon policy if they created a second listing to sell your branded items. As per Amazon policy, all sellers have to be on the same listing for the same item for the same brand.
