The laugh about MFN
Hi all,
Decided to do MFN in certain products and refunds reduced by about 95%. I thought to myself, that's great.
But now looks like there's no problems anymore with the products but with the deliveries. Products delivered yet I have people saying that the products were never delivered. Even if they signed for them. I assume lots of people try their luck to have free stuff? Other people facing the same?
In A to Z claim it was decided to issue a refund even tho the customer received the product and there's photo of delivery. - What am I missing here? Customer complaint was that they did not receive it.

Sadly these days many customers know how to play the system, and Amazon make it too easy for them to say not received, get the item and a refund.

facing same problem.. but have not find a solution yet..
Buyers are abusing the Amazon platform and Az is doing the same to sellers.

This is now the reason I am stopping selling on Amazon.
I have sold in USA, Europe (Italy,Spain,France,Germany & more), and NEVER have i seen so many fraudulent A-Z Claims and "my parcel didnt arrive" issues than in the UK..........
From a recent order of 600 units i would estimate roughly 120 units have been either used then returned, or just "never delivered", despite Royal Mail showing delivery in a photo. Thats a huge loss when you consider VAT & TAX and other monthly services.
The product is well designed and my customer service is immaculate, but never have i seen more criminals than on Amazon UK, not just that but also people moaning and complaining and minor things.
