Hi, I have got my brand registered with amazon but now I don't know where to start. Do I have to start all my listings from scratch or are you automatically protected with those listed? Is it because I haven't opened a store? I have hijackers on one of my listings and I keep getting an automated email saying there has been no violation. I email questions to brand registry but they don't reply at all or else I am missing it. What email address would they reply under? Is there a way to contact them by phone? Is there even somewhere where they have step by step instructions after your brand is registered? Any help would be welcome. Thanks
