Error 5461 after getting brand approval. I tried to change many times
I am a new seller registered account . I’ve applied for, and receieved brand approval for my brand. Yet when I try to add a product I still get error 5461. The error directs me to apply again for brand approval. I’ve got the approval multiple times now.
In the approval email I’m instructed to wait 24 hours, if still getting error 5461 after 24 hours to reach out for support.
Things I’ve done that didn’t work
Waited 24 hours
Applied again for brand approval
Reached out to support, who asked me for the same information in the brand approval application > got approved again.

Thanks for posting here. I've reviewed the details of this issue and see that you were able to receive approval in case 18046098361 and you should be able to create an ASIN for the brand Thtags now. Are you still having difficulties running into Error 5461?
