This message was not delivered to the customer because the Order ID is missing.
We are having issues with delivery/tracking messages reaching our customers when sending items with DPD.
The following error message... 'This message was not delivered to the customer because the Order ID is missing. Make sure that you include the Amazon Order ID in your communications to customers. For more details, click here.'
This error appears after every message attempt from DPD. We are passing the Amazon order number to DPD, yet the customer is not receiving any tracking information from DPD.
Has anyone else come across this issue before and managed to get it resolved? Thanks.
