'Product requires approval to sell' bind
I want to try getting one of my product listings re-instated but can't find how to do it.
When I click 'Fix listing issue' I'm told 'Offer was removed 1970 days ago', which sounds about right. I'm also invited to 'Request selling approval for policy compliance, Reason: Product requires approval to sell.'
However, when I click through I'm told:
'Zero product policy violations. You do not currently have any product policy violations.'
Which means I can't request approval!
How can I get out of this bind? I am the Brand Owner.
