"We are nnot accepting applications to sell:" I'm being asked to Request Approval for the product that I've been solely selling on Amazon

We are not accepting applications to sell:

-Other Pet Supplies category in Refurbished condition(s)

-Other Flea and Tick in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

-Other Pet Supplies category in Collectible condition(s)

My ASIN got INACTIVE after I changed my listing. It was due to pesticides claims included in the product description. My product was not a pesticide product and because I was Non-US based seller, I couldn't take Seller University - pesticides related class to get ungated. After searching through seller forums, I found that updating the listing through Flat File could work. I did so and it worked. The statement that my product was pesticides were gone, BUT the above message : 'We are not accepting applications to sell' still remains.

I am the only one selling the product. It's not refurbished or collectibles and not flea and tick product. I had no issues selling it until it got inactivated due to pesticides claims. I fixed the pesticides claims but still not being able to sell. My Account Health is good. There are no Compliance Requests or Policy Violations. Even though I haven't registered for the Brand, I'm the only one selling. We manufacture the product. I already submitted pictures for the proof I got the answer that this product is not related to brand issue.

Could this be because of the GL (general ledger) category change? Because I recall, before the product got inactivated, the subcategory was changed once. And also the above message 'Other Flea and Tick in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)', could this mean that Amazon may have changed my GL to Flea and Tick product (which obviously is not)?

I've opened quite a lot of cases. I talked over phone calls. I did everything they told me. Nothing worked. No one knows the reason why and it has been several months.

Please, could some moderators take a look into this issue? Please help!!
