We have had our access to the report a violation tool revoked within amazons brand registry after submitted design right reports, these were the 5 asins that I reported which led to the tool being revoked :

these are my UK registered design rights for this specific design:

6014795, 6052728

and this is my asin for this design:

B00MA6IQD0

It is extremely clear that these 5 asins are unauthorised copies of my registered design but amazons brand registry team rejected all 5 and then revoked my reporting privileges, we find this extremely puzzling as i have previously had several asins removed from amazon for stealing this exact design.

I have filed multiple appeals explaining this to amazon but they have all been rejected,
