Verification process.

Hi,

i am providing exactly the same documents which i have given at the time of registration, But Amazon keep on saying that they are unable to complete your verification process... They neither require any specific document nor give any other information and keep saying same thing as below. Any one please help as i a new seller. 14164502511 case ID
