Help Needed: Variation Family Broken – Error 8801, Backend Conflict, No Fix After Multiple Escalations

I’ve been contacting support for over 3 months now, but they either keep closing my query or tell me to open a new one. I’m fed up with being passed from one person to the next, only to hear the same generic advice that I’ve already tried — again and again — with no success.

I sell menstrual cups in Small, Medium, and Large, and my goal is to list them under one parent listing. It should be simple.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

- Flat file uploads (multiple templates)

-Variation wizard

-One-by-one listing

-Creating new SKUs and parents

-Deleting and re-adding products

-Waiting 24–72 hours between attempts

-Phone, chat, and email support (with multiple agents)

-Asked to escalate multiple times – usually denied or passed around

Currently, only one cup links to the parent, originally it was the Large, but after deleting that, only the Medium remains attached.

I now have two products live: the Small and Medium cups. The Medium is linked and ; the Small keeps returning Error 8801.

When I try to add the Small as a variant, sometimes it says it worked (depending on the method of adding) but then nothing appears. Other times, the upload fails completely, depending on the method I use.

I have even tried this with adding the large cup, which is not registered with Amazon any more and using a new SKUs but also is not working.

At one point, Amazon’s variation wizard even labelled my menstrual cup as a hair wig. Surely Amazon isn’t this clueless about women’s health products?
