VTR for Royal Mail 48 LL / DX
Hi there,
We've just noticed a sudden drop in our VTR, going from a healthy 98-99% to a sudden 91%
Looking into it, we can see that almost ALL of our Royal Mail 48 (LL) have just been marked as invalid for tracking, aswell as our DX Express deliveries.
Is this is an issue related to Amazon making changes to the VTR, or Royal Mail/DX not scanning our parcels on delivery? Would appreciate more Information, thanks!

You need to contact DX, apparently its a well known issue that no one will tell you about:
There are no issues on our end with registering the DX tracking information. Please contact the carrier support and guide them to follow the Amazon protocol.
For further assistance, please contact DX. You can email the DX team at Service.Desk at dxdelivery dot com to allow tracking scan events to flow to our systems. Mention your DX account number available in DX invoice as well.
