ASIN Changed the name of the brand

Dear all,

I am reaching out regarding ASIN B0CBV2J1W7. The brand name associated with this ASIN appears to have changed, but I am now unable to locate this ASIN on Amazon. The initial brand name was Corsx and then changed to OUTAG.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Baba

Looking over the ASIN provided, I want to inquire on what supporting information you may have stating this brand was changed. Upon my review I see the ASIN was removed due to a concern of intellectual property violations, and that this ASIN for the last year or so has been OUTAG with the listing details matching the referenced brand, are you the ASIN creator?

Can you provide more information surrounding this concern, is this related to a listing violation or something you noticed?

Thank you for your response and for looking into this issue with ASIN B0CBV2J1W7.

To clarify, I am not the creator of this ASIN. I initially sourced and listed this product under the brand CosRX, which matched its original brand name and product description. However, I noticed that the brand name associated with the ASIN had been changed to OUTAG without any prior notification or explanation, which has caused some confusion.

After following up with the appropriate teams I can confirm our review teams are requesting supporting documentation such as invoices to verify the product you sourced is associated to the "CosRX" brand and being sourcing from an authorized distributor.

Our account health team has also confirm that you provided some information back on 11/11 which is still pending review at this time, I would advise awaiting their decision. They should follow up via performance notifications once their review is complete.
