Unable to withdraw funds

We have been unable to draw down the total amount of our funds for the last few weeks - no idea why. Amazon seem to be retaining a large portion, so we are only able to request disbursement of around half of what is in there. Is anyone else having this issue? I have contacted Amazon Support and they say they have raised it as an internal issue. It would be good to know if this is a widespread problem or just us! Thanks for any feedback.

Looks like you gone like most others on to DD+7 which leads to a lot of money being retained and held. The big thing is Amazon don't use "faster Payment2 which in UK is around 2 hours to your account like EBay do they still use the much older BACS Batch File which take 5-7 days to get into your account.

With DD+7 you never going to get total earning as some of it will NOT DUE as the timescale has not been reached.

In my case they in effect skipped a 2 week rolling payment cycle so we got hit

had lots of cash which under previous system would have been released if the

order had been that day but not now. The bottom of the payment page under the graph does tell you the next payment date and the excepted amount they hope to pay you @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid @Seller_uK2aGVnqbtliE

Hello @Seller_KzgiKEQVEH8fQ,

Thank you for participating in our forums, I'm Angie from UK forum team.

I understand you had fund held and didn't know the reason and would like to understand if there is an issue or error.

I was reviewing your account and confirmed that is already under the policy DD+7 as mentioned by @Seller_469SU3Aj73sZL.

Delivery date reserves ensure that you have enough funds to fulfil financial obligations such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks. The standard reserve period is seven days after delivery date.

For more information, you can visit the following help page:

I hope this information is helpful for you. Thank you @Seller_469SU3Aj73sZLfor helping a colleague out! 🤝

Regards,

Angie 🌻
