Valid Tracking Rate?

Hi can anyone help? I had an email from amazon saying that my products be unlisted if the valid tracking rate continues below 95% (it is currently 0%) but could find an explanation to what this is and the help section is driving me nuts. Thanks Michael

Hello @M_D_Trading_Sunderla,

Thanks for your post!

As you mentioned, the valid tracking rate has to be above 95% to have your account in good health.

Every courier has its own tracking numbers with a certain number of digits on them.

Please make sure that you are using the exact number of digits that the courier is providing.

You can use this link if you need more help:

Thanks,

Bella.

So today I notice a box asking for Tracking ID for Royal Mail Stamps. Also a new warning triangle alerting to the missing field.
I have dispatched a few today, but have put my sales on holiday mode for a while.
