I only want to sell in the UK but Amazon wants charge verification for most EU Stores
Hello,
I'm trying to setup my store for UK markets only and keep getting an error message to verify my card in the other EU markets. Because Amazon wants me to do the verification first it will not give me full access to change anything and I cant seem to find any help on the forums relating to this? I have verified a card for UK and the card was accepted and payment taken for the UK. Can anyone help me get past this please.

You can’t avoid this. Do the verification and then make sure you put those countries on holiday mode.
There is no charge for verification. Any amounts mentioned are not actually charged to your card, just authorised.

Hello @Seller_NBfemeDFuCiL9,
As mentioned by Disenchanted_Seller, the verification process for all EU markets is mandatory, and it won't charge you for verification per country.
If you only want to sell in the UK, then you can place the other ones in “Holiday”, if at any point of your business you would like to activate them, you just need to remove the “Holiday” setting.
For more details, you can visit Manage Holiday Settings.
If you have any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
