What's up with RM tracking?
I'm FBM and buy Royal Mail shippping through Amazon - large letters mostly - standard second class without tracking. Lately I've been getting quite a few INR's . When I check the delivery confirmation number on the RM website I used to get a message either saying item has been delivered or 'we have not attempted delivery an update will follow' (or something similar) now I'm getting a lot of 'Sorry, there was a problem, please try again'.
What does that actually mean? Have RM lost it - have delivered but they not scanned? Are the delivery confirmation numbers Amazon are selling us with their postage faulty?

It's been like that for a while. The 'Problem' is the website is faulty not the tracking.
You can usually get it to work eventually by re-hitting the Track Delivery button a couple of times.
Also throws up Access Deigned on occasion too.
