Amazon supporting fradulent buyer who accused us for sending threatening messages outside of Amazon

Buyer ( potentially competitor ) has accused us for sending life threatening message outside Amazon via email. HELLO??????????????

Amazon doesn't give anyone's email address to no one, so on what basis did they deactivated my account??

Been trading for over a year so why would I do such acts??

An authorised seller was on my listing, they also got deactivated due to the same reason, The competitor is on the listing taking all of the sales.

Funny how Amazon supports buyer blindly and how easy it is to kick your competitor out of the Amazon.

Yes, I did chat and call with the SS and performance team but they are not helping under the confidentiality rules and pasting the same deactivation message back to back.

Can moderator raise this issue please? I want Amazon to check the authenticity of the evidence they have. @Ash_AMZ @Spencer_Amazon

It sounds to me that if you and an authorised seller got booted at the same time off the same listing that they probably see a connection.

They may think there is a connection between the 2 accounts, therefore it only takes one of the accounts to be removed for the other account to be automatically. deactivated as well.

I meant when you have already established listing with best reviews and pictures. So you allow your fellow friends to make quick money using it.

I have already approached SS very gently and all of them are just copy pasting the deactivation notice.

Been Uploading the appeal with best POA and still getting rejected, I have uploaded more than 10 appeals covering all the possibilities which put my account in deactivation phase, those appeal also got rejected.
