Buyer admitted wrong item returned, how to safely send it back
Hi. We have a buyer who returned high value item as cancellation. It was tampered and some parts swapped. Basically value £0 now. Buyer later admitted he done that and agreed to take it back. However how safely to do that while we now have the item with us and Amazon return shows it delivered. How to avoid situation that we end up sending item back and Amazon forces refund if buyer changes his mind again.

Unfortunately, not very safely at all.
If you have a dodgy buyer, then all they need to do, is to contact Amazon and tell them that you have not refunded the item. It will then go to A-Z and you will most likely lose it.
So if you return it, you will probably end up refunding it as well.
