My account is deactivated, I have submitted the information however after review it says that there is not enough information to remove the violation. I don't know currently what is the violation and what extra information is required.

its says to go to performance notifications to see what information is needed however there is nothing received related to this in performance notification.

I am trying to provide every information however I can't see right now anywhere what is needed and what is missing.

please help!
