we are also facing same issues since friday.

I tried contacting seller support but every time they gave different reasons, initially they said, it is technical issue, later they said bacause of my self ship order delay, and then they said many sellers facing same issue and they are working on it. still they dont have answer,

Since monday my account got active, we got 10 orders and then again deactivated, after 12am it got active got one order and then deactivated

Hi,

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot take your account off vacation.

When you navigate to your Account Info page check for any messages that are displayed. You have to ensure that you have a valid credit card registered to your account at all times also.

If you are still having difficulties please contact seller support to request them to check your account in more detail.

Go to Setting > Account Overview

Under Account Overview you get STORE STATUS on screen

Just next to STORE STATUS a clicable link "Vacation Settings" Click that link then next page open with EDIT button.

Click & SAVE
