Shipping Tax Rate - Amazon setting VAT on postage...
We sell 0% VAT rated products from the UK to customers inside the UK. We have applied the product tax code on each listing and the VAT on the product for new orders shows as 0%, so no issues there, all working as it should...
The problem is that Amazon is applying a standard VAT rate (20%) on the shipping cost, when it should be 0% (the same as the product within the order).
Thus I'm trying to change the shipping tax rate but it's proving tricky... Does anyone have any experience changing this?
I've gone to tax settings > active VAT calculation, and there is this field which says shipping tax rate = standard rate which is obviously what's causing the issue, but there's no apparent way to change it? FYI i have added the product tax code within the listings and this doesn't fix the issue either.
Any help would be super appreciated. Seller central support providing no help. Thank you :)

postage is not zero rated. Only the item.
