Hi,
Even after scrolling trough all relevant discussions on this topic and sending the customer links to how to remove feedback he is still struggling to do so! Can someone at Amazon PLEASE get in touch as this is stressful for both myself and the customer who is asking for help on the matter.

Here are the instructions to give to a customer to remove the feedback - all these things are available if you use the search box at the top of the page.
If the customer agrees to remove their feedback, you can provide them with these step-by-step instructions:
Go to Leave Seller Feedback.
Click on Completed Feedback.
Scroll down to locate the feedback that you want to remove, and click Remove.
Select a reason for removing the feedback, and then click Remove.
