hi, I'm struggling to upload the user manual (pdf file). The system require to upload the url link which can download directly instead reviewing on browser. I've tried google drive and dropbox and confirm the links can be download directly, but AMZ don't accept them. Anyone knows how to slove this? I've open many cases and they can't provide the answer!
