Fraudulent Sellers Repeatedly Hijacking My ASIN
Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with a frustrating situation where fraudulent sellers keep hijacking my listing. As soon as one is removed, 2-3 more appear almost immediately, and it’s becoming a never-ending cycle.
I am brand registered and have a trademark pending, but despite reporting this numerous times to Seller Support, the problem persists. These sellers are listing under my brand name, selling counterfeit or inferior products, which is severely damaging my brand’s reputation and causing significant financial losses. I’ve reached out to Seller Support multiple times to no avail.
I’ve requested that Amazon lock my listing so no one can sell without my permission as the brand owner, but I’m still waiting for action. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have advice on how to get Amazon to act more quickly and effectively to protect my listing?
Any insights or suggestions from fellow sellers would be greatly appreciated.

As an Amazon seller, you have options to protect your listings. I recommend thoroughly reviewing the Brand Registry and Project Zero programs on Seller Central. These tools allow you to enroll your trademarks and brands to enable proactive protections against counterfeits and infringements.
Additionally, our Reporting Infringements page outlines steps to notify Amazon of any policy violations on your listings. Our team investigates all notices, though resolution can understandably feel slow when your business is being harmed. I encourage you to keep submitting notices for any emerging hijackers.
Finally, you can submit a request for exclusive selling rights to your ASINs through our Exclusivity Request Form. This will lock your listings so only sellers authorized by you can sell your products.
