BHX8/IBH4 - stock missing from every shipment sent there (MODS PLEASE)
@Winston_Amazon @Maja_Amazon
We have only recently (November) had shipments directed to BHX8/IBH4, their delivery acceptance time was 1-2 weeks, check-in around a week and receipt of products, well they receive some but never an entire shipment. We had one shipment close at the end of December missing 2 boxes of stock (POD shows delivery) Amazon just close off the investigation saying all counted, even though 2 boxes are not yet unpacked. Now we have another 2 about to close today which will have 16 boxes in total missing, hundreds of units of stock, thousands in sales missed. All shipments delivered, all with POD, anll with relevant supplier invoices and I will expect that to close as all counted as well.
Customer support are being their usual useless selves. Are we supposed to write off this stock? Thousands of pounds worth plus all the lost December sales? We have been shipping FBA for quite a few years and have only ever had 2 lost stock instances in that time in the UK, now all shipments in a short period of time, this fulfilment center and box placement system is obviously not fit for purpose.
It is just a disaster, since starting our company in 2005 I have never felt so unable to rectify a situation, the lack of ability to resolve any Amazon issues, the lack of information, communication and resolution must break so many commercial laws.
We will take this to management and small claims and the media if necessary. But I would like to give the mods a chance to step in and assist if for no other reason than as a show of good faith…
I know many sellers are experiencing similar issues, in the USA as well, maybe a class action is on the horizon?
