Account is not reinstated and I have submitted everything I could, but amazon keeps rejecting.

The seller account is deactivated due to link account suspension, i have made above 10 appeals but amazon team has not helped i have done everything as advised by Amazon but as a seller i feel helpless now and very disappointed even though i have submitted a notarized agreement provided by a lawyer, and have mentioned amazon that i do not have any link with the other account.

so disappointed and upset as i prepared for so much for this season of quarter 4, and everything has got wasted, the inventory is stranded and the inventory i made for launch is on hold as i cant sell because amazon is not reinstating my account, i feel so upset and disappointed, had made so many calls, appeals and cases nothing has helped me.

my account deactivated on 19th september and its december now. please amazon team reinstate my account i have submitted everything I could, my account details are completely different from another account which amazon says that got linked.
