Product not showing in search results. Seller Support not helping!!!

Around 2 days ago Amazon suddenly recategorized my products ASIN'S B0CVFF6CX5 and B0D2V5DZC
From:
Electronics & Photo > Car & Vehicle Electronics > Car Electronics > Audio > Car Stereos
To:
Car & Vehicle Electronics › Accessories › Audio & Video Accessories › Input Adapters
This has caused a huge drop in sales as our products stopped appearing in the search results when using keywords. Prior to this, our products appeared in the top 10 results using the following keywords:
Asin B0CVFF6CX5: Carplay Wireless Adapter
Asin B0D2V5DZC1: Android Auto Adapter
Upon looking into this, i found that this was because when searching using these keywords, amazon only shows results in the 'car stereo' category. When searching using either of the these keywords, amazon automatically filters out products not in the Car Stereos category.
I have contacted seller support and asked them to change the category back to 'car stereos' and explained the situation in full but they have refused saying the products have been recategorized correctly.
What's confusing me is, if car stereos is the wrong category as seller support have stated, then why is amazon only showing products from this category category when searching and excluding the correct categories
Has anyone experienced this situation in the past or have any idea what i can do sort this?
Are any of the mods able to help with putting my products back into the correct category?

Are you seeing these ASINs in Search Supressed or At Risk Listings. Usually when an ASIN is Search Supressed it will be here with an explanation as to why.
