Please help: Late shipment rate

I have downloaded the report today that the order ID: 206-8599693-8833956 that affected my Late dispatch rate 5%.

Upon checking our shipping setting, I have set the followings
Cut off time : 2pm
Default Handling Time: 1 day
Order handling capacity: 150

Please see the capture attached,

the order ID: 206-8599693-8833956
Purchase date:Fri, 14 Apr 2023, 07:45 BST
Ship by: Fri, 14 Apr 2023

This has clearly not counted 1 handling day to this order. Why has this order shown the order shipped by the same date (ie 14 April 2023, not 17 April 2023?

Please check the following orders which come through our Amazon account almost the same time, however, they all counted 1 handling time correctly.

Order ID: 026-1829855-6997900
Purchase date: Fri, 14 Apr 2023, 06:52 BST
Ship by: Mon, 17 Apr 2023

Order ID: 206-2411922-1441167
Purchase date: Fri, 14 Apr 2023, 07:06 BST
Ship by: Mon, 17 Apr 2023

Order ID: 202-6554564-4649131
Purchase date: Fri, 14 Apr 2023, 07:28 BST
Ship by: Mon, 17 Apr 2023

I have appealed to the seller’s support many times, however, they just copy and paste the same template to respond to my query.

Could it be an order that was pending from a previous day? As expected seller support haven’t been helpful, they can’t even direct you to the policy, just refer to, “the existing policy”

I’d go to managing director on this one if no one else has any ideas!

I have received the same email that said the customer has placed the order with premium shipping option. I have not offered the premium shipping options to my customers.

Actually this is not hard for Amazon seller support to admit that this is the system glitch, and this in fact is a system error! Why the seller support want to waste both our times to think a ‘excuses’: 1) Cut off time and 2) Premium shipping to say I should count for the late shipping rate?!

I have sent an email to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk it has forwarded to the case log. How many times I need to cut and paste the proof from my end and fight back your find out?

@Lucy_Amazon; @Amelia_amazon.
Is that possible for you to assist me on this issue?

it seems you might have more than one shipping template and as suggested @The_Little_Shop, please check the ASIN and see what shipping template for that ASIN and dispatch time set for that template.

are you using SSA as that shows to me as delivery 24th - 26th - but has the ‘if bought within 24 mins’ that SSA , premium and prime often have

and is that order to your local area ?
