Have not gotten paid
We have yet to be paid out of the 2 previous payouts. Their hold states it is for 14 days...It has been WAY past that. We continue to ship orders daily for a month without a payment. I was told that they transferred it to the merchant credit team to fix it but I have not heard anything back from them. over a month.
I have contacted support almost 10 times in the past month, and they say the message is being transferred each time. support EVERY TIME. I have tried calling, emailing, and live chat. At this point, I have exhausted all methods. We have good account health and get orders daily on listings with a dozen sellers.
WHAT IS GOING ON? PLEASE HELP

I am having the same issue, my payout was supposed to be on July 31 and it was reset to 0. Normally i am even able to express payout but it is greyed out. It almost seems like a glitch to me. Amazon customer support escalated to an internal team but have not received a response yet.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
You are stating that the disbursement is past 14 days? Can you kindly share the most recent seller support case ID with me in this thread?
I would like to review and escalate.
