FBA shipment closed but no units showing up in inventory

How it is possible for a shipment to close with 25 units but under "Inventory" there are ZERO units?

Received and checked in May 20, 2025 with 25 units

Fulfillment center transfer ONLY ONE in LAS1 (Las Vegas)

Shipment successfully closed on June 5, 2025 with 25 units.

When I check under "Inventory" I see ZERO units!

Available (FBA) 0

Inbound 0

Unfulfillable 0

Reserved 0

I created a case with seller support 17871683241 but they keep telling me it's being transferred to different warehouses. How can this be if the shipment is closed?

Please help!

I reviewed Case 17871683241 and see you were provided updates about those items going through additional processing, including transshipment, verification of item dimensions, and/or pending investigations.

The receiving process takes time, and I know it's frustrating when there are delays for products to be checked in.

At this time, there is no way to expedite transshipment
