Can you reactivate listings in bulk?

Is there a way to reactivate inactive listings in bulk instead of manually doing them one by one?

Why are they inactive - the answer will determine what to do.

This is something that would be genuinely helpful to have. You can bulk deactivate easy enough, but even single reactivation is a bit of a clickfest.

I know of no method to bulk reactivate if you mark a listing as "closed".

Instead, I simply reduce listings to "0" stock so that they go inactive, then when it comes to reactivating, I only have to enter a stock number in the inventory view then click save all. If I have multiple inactive through "0" stock, I then sort by inactive, enter stock amounts and click "save all" at the end. It is still a bit of work, but far quicker than going through the normal "relist" mess of a process.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do a flatfile with quantity updates.

I've never done it but it should be possible given what you can do with flatfiles.

Oh if they are o/stock that's easy then.

Run an inventory report and also download the Price & Quantity template file.

Copy and paste all SKUs, prices and stock quantities from the inventory report into the P&Q template file and change the stock quantities as required.

Save the file as a txt file and upload the file in Manage Inventory > Add Products via upload.

Hello @Seller_ThYALaV7Ep2bR,

This is Sarah from Amazon and I'm happy to help you.

A big thank you to the other sellers for the collaborative spirit.

@Seller_ThYALaV7Ep2bR, did you manage to upload them in bulk?

In addition to the detailed guidance shared by @Seller_hOZNPw7G8FIjl I'm sharing with you some of the help pages who might have useful information:

Match or create product listings in bulk

List FBA products in bulk

Regards,

Sarah.
