How do I close my account once and for all !!!!!!

I am fuming. My blood is boiling.

I stopped selling, or I thought I did, a year ago. I removed all stock from being sold but these thieves have continued charging me.

Apparently I owe them a thousand pound, but my account is deactivated so there is no way to even bloody contact them to discuss this. Never in my life have I dealt with such a despicable bunch of thieves.

I literally contacted seller support when I wanted to stop selling, they said it was all done, yet here I am with a massive bill and no way to contact them.

Is this the £30 a month professional selling plan Amazon fee? If so, you should downgrade your selling plan to individual to stop these straight away. If it's not these, are you able to find and divulge what they are charging you for

I am assuming that you have access to your account, otherwise you wouldn't be able to post on the forum.

Ther could be number of reason

1. The charge back from customer

2. Please check if your account is still active on other market place such as in Europe

3. Like the Apricot_whirl advise you need to downgrade the plan - because they might be charging you for the plan

Since re-activation is often made difficult and little assistance is provided to do so - I'm not at all surprised that people get so fed up they decide to quid.

What is the justification for preventing disatisfied people leave ? It is imoral to hold onto their money in such circumstances.

How can you owe £1000?

Monthly subscription is £30 per month. The maths doesn't add up unless you've missed something out?
