Brand Registry – Amazon Email and Account Access Still Revoked

We were just emailed from Amazon a denial to another appeal (Case # 16206963121) we submitted for our Brand registry account revoked status.

We have been attempting for over a 1.5 years with multiple cases and appeals open going back the beginning of 2023 to get our account reinstated. We have only 1 Brand in our account Bromi Design

We provided Amazon with the letter and email details they sent us dated December10, 2022 at 1:01PM sent to our brand registry account indicating our account access was suspended in error due to an Amazon system issue, but still we were denied on the appeal. How do we simply get a generic templated email in response.

As of writing this today we have still ZERO idea why the account cannot be reinstated. If here is something else going on why cant they just advise us so we can at least look into it ?

We have spent 10's of hours dealing with this issue in writing emails. Half of the tickets we open are automatically closed with no response.

So we don't know how to even really appeal the appeal.

Our company Bromi Design has 1 Seller account in good health and 1 brand registry account assigned to a different company email address Accounting@ .

We do not have multiple seller or brand registry accounts and do not sell any other brands products.

As such We have no way to manage our brand products on Amazon and have no access to important Brand Registry tools, essentially killing our brand on the platform.

Please, Any suggestions?

Because the info does not match EXACTLY on both sides, if you have not sent proof that you are the owner of BOTH, you will probably need to show some proof that the two are the same as to ownership!

Because I manufacture under one LLC and sell under a different one, I had to submit my LLC State Registrations with MY name as the owner of both of the LLCs showing the common ownership.

I just finished taking a look at your appeal case. For some background, I don't have the ability to access any further information that what was already shared with you in that case.

That being said, typically when I see sellers receive this message, something has been flagged as non-compliant and a good starting point is to go through each potential reason they give you and cross reference that with your account.
