Disbursement Video Verification - No Amazon Associate has turned up for 3 weeks

My account was deactivated in July and I was told earlier from the 4th of October that for the final disbursement, I have to submit my documents and then verify myself on a video call. I have been joining the call since the last 3 weeks now, yet no Amazon associate turns up. I have escalated the matter to the disbursement team and after one reply, no one has reached out to me and with a tepid excuse saying that to continue waiting for an associate to show up on the call for verifying you. I can tell you that each day, I've been on that call for hours on end, maximum for 7 hours once, waiting for someone to show up, but no one does.
Has this happened to any other seller before waiting for final disbursement, in which no Amazon associate wants to verify you, and thus keep a choke hold on the funds?

I'm am literally sitting here now waiting to talk with someone. It actually says now I'm talking to an Amazon associate, but guess what, no one is here!!
