Premium Delivery Eligibility
There has been a change in Premium Delivery Eligibility Required ≥ 92%. Its taking longer than normal to get eligible again. We have changed Next day delivery days to Monday to Friday rather then Monday to Saturday due to the cost of DPD Saturday delivery which we are expected to cover will this affect eligibility?
Customer return labels
20% of customer returns now receive a address label rather than a prepaid returns label.
Does anyone know why?

It's down from 97% to 92% and timescale down from 30 days to 7. This is a huge improvement.
Not sure why you are complaining.
Re address labels - not something I have noticed but maybe it has to do with your product range or your settings. Sorry.

There is the lag in data to consider
"Note: There is a lag of 7 days in getting carrier data. Hence, we will measure your performance from day 14 to day 7 in the past. We will exclude Seller Fulfilled Prime orders from the evaluation. Seller Fulfilled Prime orders will be evaluated separately as mentioned on the Seller Fulfilled Prime help page."
