LinkMyBooks Link My Books - Fails
I've been using LinkMyBooks for 3 years now. And have just noticed there are many mistakes with settlements not downloading into our Quickbooks (QB) accounting software.
Also, LMB have a Rollback option ie to remove all data sent, and then re-send. I did a test run yesterday, and it's filled with errors...and in some instances did not remove transactions from QB.
I've contacted LMB support, but they are not giving straight answers, deflecting any responsibility.
Has anyone had any problems with LMB?

Have noticed HUGE discrepancy is true value of VAT due on the VAT return (first quarter of automation through LMB) and am currently trying to investigate.
