Damaged parcel/Late delivery EVRI and Royal Mail, can we claim it?
In two sperate instances, a parcel was damaged during transportation by EVRI, secondly, a parcel was delivered late by Royal Mail and customer canceled the order that cost us premium one day delivery, since we had to issue a full refund.
Is there any chance We can file a claim in these two instances.
