Valid Tracking Rate

Today I have received notification that our 'Valid Tracking Rate' is below 95%.

I use buy shipping via Amazon for all orders which has 100% valid tracking.

Amazon are now flagging orders which are not scanned.

Is this a fault within Amazon's automated system or are non scanned shipments now classed as not having valid tracking?

They haven't stated any change that should stop buy shipping from being automatically valid, so hopefully it's just a glitch caused by them messing with the system to get ready for the change to International shipments from tomorrow.

Start a case with Seller Support if you haven't already. The more people who do, the more likely they are to have the error flagged to techs.

Exactly the same here, we only Buy Shipping through Amazon and all our non scanned Royal Mail 48 are suddenly showing as no valid tracking.

I too am hoping it is a glitch in their system

Me too, my account is now at risk! at 66% I also purchase through Amazon. Ix am speaking to Seller support as I type I will update asap

Already 3 or 4 threads saying the same ! - presumably an Amazon glitch, which hopefully will be rectified quickly, or people will end up having categories deactivated, which would be a nightmare, and all Amazon's fault, not the sellers....and when do Amazon EVER admit they made a mistake !!!.
