We are facing a significant issue with incorrect products being shipped from our inventory, specifically from VOC. Despite requesting two bin checks, which confirmed that the products were correctly labeled and matched the descriptions, the problem continues.
I know Amazon's process involves scanning products to ensure accuracy before packaging and shipment, so it’s crucial to understand why these errors are occurring despite correct labeling and product matches.
Here’s what we requested:
Thorough Investigation: We required a more in-depth investigation into this matter.
Documentation & Footage: Access to any available documentation or footage from the warehouse that shows the packing process for our items. This includes video recordings that might reveal where the error is occurring.
Unfortunately, Seller Support has been unhelpful in this situation. They’ve stated they cannot investigate further beyond conducting bin checks. This leaves us without insight into the root cause of these errors.
This isn't just a single complaint—it's a recurring issue that needs urgent attention, and we cannot afford to overlook this issue.
