Brand Name of ASIN Changed by Unknown Seller Resulting in Product Policy Compliance Violation

ASIN B08R96L65G was created with the correct brand name (Milwaukee) and UPC (045242571451). It appears a seller has changed the brand name to "Milwaukee Tools", which has resulted in a Product Policy Compliance Violation in the Amazon Canada marketplace.
The Amazon.com catalogue has the correct brand name (Milwaukee - www.amazon.com/dp/B08R96L65G), but the Amazon.ca catalogue was changed (Milwaukee Tools). A catalogue team member needs to fix the brand name to "Milwaukee" for the Amazon Canada catalogue listing as well.
I have tried to get this fixed to no avail (Case ID 17483165341). In that case I also provided a screenshot of the ASIN before the brand name was changed/hijacked, to try and get it fixed.
Can a moderator please look into this?

I understand you have received a violation due to discrepancies identified in the brand name attached to the listing. I know this can be concerning given the impact it has had to your account, and so I do want to provide support. I did go ahead and review the case, in addition to working with another team for additional details.
They were able to identify where the brand name had been changed from 'Milwaukee' to 'Milwaukee Tools' which led to the compliance violation you are experiencing now. From the information available, our team was able to identify that the changes made did appear to be completed through your account contributions. Do you have any other employees that assist with the operations of your account or the management of your listings?
I would advise on attempting to complete a feed file upload to try to get the changes in the listing. If this were to not go through, you could then provide the batch ID information to our team for them to review. It is recommended to attempt this prior to our team being able to take any further action, so I will monitor for once you have completed this.
If you observe any other changes or received any other messaging you would like to share, I will ask that you refer to this thread so guidance can be given.
