I looked into this, and according to Amazon’s MCF FAQs, international fulfillment is currently limited to media products like books, music, videos, and DVDs. For non-media products, it seems MCF doesn’t support international shipping. You can find this information in the FAQs section here: https://supplychain.amazon.com/mcf/global

From what I understand, this limitation might be addressed by storing inventory directly in fulfillment centers in the target markets. However, that approach likely only makes economic sense if you have enough order volume to justify the storage fees and the capital tied up in those markets.
