How to escalate a denied SAFE-T Claim

Is it possible to escalate above the SAFE-T team for review?

We have an issue where the SAFE-T team deny claims and the reason they give is wrong and they will not accept or acknowledge the evidence I provide.

We are in a position where some customers are now using this to get free stock!

I have:

- queried within a SAFET case

- raised with support

- raised with account healh

- raised as a mediation request to be taken to 3rd party but amazon said it wasn't eligible

Any thoughts appreciated.
