'We can strike-through feedback if the entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services.'
Why can this power not be used if I purchased external shipping which is signed for and has proof of delivery?
Order ID - 026-4445430-7937950. EVRI tracking number - H00MTA0063885106. I think a certain time period has passed as this is no longer recognised as a valid tracking number on their site. However, I also have delivery confirmation, as shown in the following screenshot.

Same tracking number, delivery time and taken with customer's private information concealed.
Customer in question, even after being provided a tracking number and being able to follow the order on it's journey, left a 1 star feedback review stating 'did not arrive.'
This is an objectively false statement. I am aware that a period of 5 working days passed before the delivery however the item was purchased Sunday at 00:32, shipped and dropped off by myself before Monday midday.
After speaking to seller support, surprise surprise, nothing else happened. They are apparently unable to remove anything that wasn't removed via feedback manager, and when I initially tried to remove via feedback manager it told me to open a case log, which then told me I needed to have removed this via feedback manager.
This cycle has been going on since the middle of July. It is almost November.
I even attempted to message the customer and asked for removal of this feedback, to no response. Frankly, I'm glad he didn't claim the item was undelivered when it actually was and submit an A-Z claim, like the customer for Order ID : 206-6087081-2649920 did. Of course seller support are refusing to help on that case too, and now I need to wait a further 48 hours for a 'specialist managerial team' to support me.
Honestly, the 1 star review is one thing. I'm genuinely just shocked that a company such as Amazon is blatantly allowing customers to lie and affect sellers, as well as having no actionable power to remove reviews that hold easily disprovable and detrimental statements. They clearly do however, as 'We can strike-through feedback if the entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services.' So they're actively choosing to work against sellers who don't want to tighten margins even further with Amazon's extortionate buy shipping services, much like they do with A-Z claims.
The only other non-positive review on my profile states - 'Box arrived damaged due to three bottles leaking through very poor package ,no notice on package that they was liquid inside. Not happy as this is not the first time.' The boxes we use are taped securely, wrapped in tight shrink wrap plastic to ensure mitigation of damage and, in large, bulkier orders like this lady's, each product is bubble wrapped for extra protection. In our production, strict QA ensures no leaking bottles pass through. Of course, Amazon wouldn't know this, nor would I expect them to. What they should know, however, is that this lady had never ordered from us before, nor had we ever sent any packages to her general location. What the point of her lie was, I do not know, however, I even cross referenced her name with other client lists to prove she had never ordered before.
I struggle to see the point of trusting the system and believing in the process if that system is so easy to manipulate and the process so skewed against any form of actual seller support. It's the driving factor stopping me from investing personal time, effort and finances to grow my Amazon profile through marketing and pricing opportunities. Why would I add even more opportunities to be scammed out of product with no adequate support or options to get anything worthwhile back for my troubles?
